Facilitate baseline PHAs for new processes and projects Prioritise PHAs based on risk and periodically re-validate them for existing processes Provide inputs on MOC process from process safety perspective Review pre-start safety in coordination with operations and project management teams Prepare, review and ensure adherence to SOPs on PSM elements Maintain risk register and work with plants to create plans for elimination or mitigation of risk
