DGM/AGM - Fermentation Downstream Processing & Regulatory Support
Job description
• Lead downstream processing (DSP) strategy for fermentation-based products including cell harvest, lysis, extraction, clarification, purification (chromatography, filtration), concentration. • Optimize and scale processes from lab scale to pilot/plant scale ensuring yield, purity, and reproducibility. • Work closely with upstream teams for integrated process optimization and troubleshooting. • Implement QbD and DoE approaches for critical process parameters and quality attributes. • Support validation batches and technology transfer to manufacturing.
